Method Validation: a No-Filler Checklist
Specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy — how far each must go, with executable acceptance criteria.
Validation isn't a formality
Many validation reports look great but don't survive questioning. The difference is usually whether acceptance criteria were written down first.

- Specificity: accurate quantitation even with interferents present
- Linearity: covers the real concentration range with adequate fit
- Precision: repeatability and intermediate precision assessed separately
